Welcome to SmartPolytics. By using our campaign command center software, database tools, and landing pages, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service.

1. License & Staging Use

SmartPolytics grants political campaigns a secure, non-exclusive license to operate our software tools for the duration of their active electoral cycle. All accounts created for encoders or staff are linked to the candidate's core license.

2. Account Security & Auditing

Campaign administrators are solely responsible for setting passwords and verifying staff identities. To prevent unauthorized credentials entry:

• Administrators must review security logs regularly.
• Staff passwords should be kept strictly confidential.
• Accounts suspect of leaking voter details will be locked automatically under rate-limiting blocks.

3. Campaign Data Ownership

All data, voter entries, budget figures, and geopolitical coordinates entered into the database are the sole property of the licensed campaign. SmartPolytics serves as a hosting and processing utility, and makes no claim of ownership over campaign voter databases.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Campaigns agree to use SmartPolytics in complete compliance with local election laws, privacy rules, and data handling regulations. Using this platform to harvest voter details illegally or conduct unauthorized communications is grounds for immediate service cancellation.

5. Service Availability & Limits

We strive for maximum database availability, specifically during campaign cycles. However, we are not liable for database connection drops arising from third-party hosting partners (such as Supabase or standard cloud servers).

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by national data laws and election rules. Any dispute arising from these terms will be settled in the corresponding regional court.
